As we mentioned in previous articles during the last stage of the menstrual cycle normally a layer of endometriosis lining in the inside of the uterus is expelled, known as menstruation blood but instead some of the endometriosis tissues growing somewhere in the body causing endometriosis. Endometriosis also reacts to hormonal signals of the monthly menstrual cycle by building up tissue, breaking it, and eliminating it through the menstrual period. Since gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) blocks the ovulation, when it is taken, the medicine induces temporary menopause state causing deficiency of some vitamins . In this article, we will discuss the relationship between GnRH and vitamins



1. Vitamin B complex

Most women who take the GnRH to help to relieve symptoms of endometriosis by creating a temporary menopause state have some types of vitamin B complex deficiency. It is unknown that this type of deficiency is resulted of medication or inability of digestive absorption. Low levels of vitamin B complex can lead to emotional stress, fatigue,depression, hormone imbalance, nervous disorder.


2. Vitamin C
